In addition, your license comes with three private phone consultations sessions. Each “You Decide” session is determined entirely by you--whether it is dedicated to technical support, a general walkthrough of our product, helping your create your first assessment, or answering general questions about the tool.
What exactly does my annual license include?
Your license comes with a variety of tools, features, and benefits, including: 24-hour access to BreakthroughAssess; the ability to create an unlimited number of comprehensive single and multi-company/group assessments; customizable Client Summary Reports; informative charts and graphs; an extensive library of professional resources including articles, activities, and handouts; plus links to professional associations and consultant/coaching resources.
Your license also includes a free subscription to our e-newsletter, BreakthroughInsights; three free phone consultation sessions, and unlimited email support during your first three months designed to address your specific needs.

When I’ve purchased assessment in the past, there is usually a fee per assessment or based on the number of participant surveys I generate. Is the BreakthroughAssess license similar?

What is your return policy?
We appreciate your business, and want to provide you with the highest quality products and services available. If you are not completely satisfied with BreakthroughAssess, you can cancel your license within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
What is a Client Summary Report? What does it entail?
After participants have finished completing your survey, BreakthroughAssess generates a “Client Summary Report” based on responses to all statements in the survey. The report assesses individual responses, and tabulates results and recommendations. Depending upon the scope of your survey, reports tend to run somewhere between 8-10 pages. They include narrative summaries, charts and graphs of survey results and recommendations. Reports can be downloaded in an HTML format. You may also download our report as a Microsoft Word document for further editing and/or customization. What are Primary and Secondary Statements?
Primary and Secondary Statements are the basic units that comprise a survey, and they are designed to assess key business practices; your participants will respond to these statements in their survey. Primary Statements are general, and identify the key business management “best practices” that a company must have in place to ensure long-term success. Secondary Statements are more specific, and act as litmus test questions to verify that the key attributes of a Primary Statement are in place. I have my own writing style that I’m very comfortable with. Do I have to use your narrative reports or can I create my own?
You do not have to use our reports, but they are generated in an effort to save you time and energy. With every report, you have the option to use it as is, customize it to your liking, or download our information into your existing reports. You can also add or delete data within the report in order to better cater to your client’s unique perspective and assessment strategy. Additionally, you have the option to personalize the report with your company or client company’s graphics and logos.
