Q: What exactly does my license package include?

         

A: Every license comes with all three of the BreakthroughAssess capabilities – coaching, training and software in varying amounts.  Your license also includes full access to BreakthroughAssess our survey development software that provides you with the ability to create unlimited numbers of comprehensive single and multi-company/group assessments; survey templates and a wide range of content in 24 key business areas, several different types of professional, customizable reports which include informative charts and graphs; an extensive library of professional resources including articles, activities, and handouts; plus links to professional associations and consultant/coaching resources.

 

Your license also includes a free subscription to our e-newsletter, BreakthroughInsights and unlimited technical support during the term of the license.

Q:  When I’ve purchased assessment products in the past, there is usually a fee per assessment or based on the number of participant surveys I generate. Is the BreakthroughAssess license similar?

Q:  What are Core and Supporting Statements?

A:  Core and Supporting Statements are an integral component of our BreakthroughAssess surveys. They are designed to provide our clients with greater insight and more in depth analysis of group and participant responses. Core Statements are general or more subjective in nature, and assess “best practices” or “key concepts” that a company or group needs to have in place to ensure their long-term success. Supporting Statements are more specific in nature, and act as a litmus test to verify that the key attributes of a Core Statement are actually in place.

Q:  I have my own writing style that I’m very comfortable with. Do I have to use your reports or can I create my own?

 

A:  You do not have to use our reports, but we created this robust capability to save you time and energy. With every report, you have the option to use it as is, customize it to your liking, or download our information into an excel spreadsheet and create your own summary. 

 

Additionally, you have the option to personalize the report with your company and/or client company’s graphics and logos.  You can also download our reports as a word document; allowing you to add or delete data within the report, format charts and graphs and customize your final report to incorporate your personal or client’s unique perspective. 

 Q:  What is your return policy?

 

A: We appreciate your business, and want to provide you with the highest quality products and services available. If you are not completely satisfied with BreakthroughAssess, you can cancel your license within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Q:  I would like to add new areas of specialization to my practice quickly and easily, either with a specific direction, or toward becoming a generalist.

 

A: The Business Builder package seems to be the best fit for your business.  The Business Builder package provides maximum content so you can instantly be an expert in many different areas.  Additionally, you receive coaching to ensure you excel in both areas of your new expertise: providing greater insight and results to your clients and in marketing your business.  The coaching will help you create a plan and stay on track; our training will present new ideas for showcasing your expertise and providing greater insight and value to your clients.

Q:  I want to make the maximum usage of surveys and assessments, but I have a lot of my own intellectual property that I will be incorporating.  Which package suits my needs?

 

A: It appears that either the Professional or Gateway package would be a good fit for you.  The Professional Package is better suited if you want a higher level of coaching and training to keep you focused on integrating surveys and assessments into your client and business growth strategies.  Our Gateway license will allow you to quickly incorporate your existing surveys and assessments into our content library for your current and future use. 

Q:  I am serious about growing my consulting, coaching or speaking proactively, but am not sure that surveys and assessments are the right avenue for me.  I need proof.

 

A:  The Gateway package it the perfect way to get you started.  Once you have experienced the benefits of surveys and assessments, plus participated in a few coaching and training sessions, you can easily upgrade to the Professional or our Business Builder package.

Q:  I like the idea of lots of training and coaching but the Business Builder Package is too much of an investment – in effort and expense.  What is my best alternative?

 

A:  Then the Professional Package is just the thing.  You can upgrade to a Business Builder package at a later time or purchase additional coaching and training sessions, as needed.  We offer lots of ways to ensure you succeed!
